Please bring a yoga mat or a cushion for extra comfort and relaxation in a warm and cosy room Blankets will be provided for extra comfort. On arrival please help yourself to a Solomons gold Cacao healing drink. 

We will work on balancing the chakras, releasing energies that no longer serve us, which in turn heightens manifestation powers.Transcend to the healing world in our guided healing meditation and crystal sound bath bowls.
