💕 Yoga block (optional)

(don’t worry we won’t be doing hardcore yoga - we only do “yin yoga”. This style of yoga is mainly sitting or lying down. It’s more a few yoga moves/asanas during the meditation and sound healing to help relax your mind. For example “Savasana”. This is thoughtfully curated for everyone at beginner level. Let Nas know if you have any injuries in advance so we can accommodate for you further, EVERYONE IS WELCOME).
