“SACRED SUNDAYS”

Nas is so excited to run her healing retreats held at the Kumara community hall every last Sunday of the month 2-4pm.
A large percentage will go towards maintaining a treasured community space for generations. Nas’s first thing on the list is fundraising for the repair of the stage curtains, as you can see there whilst she plays the sound bowls. We would love you to join. Relax, rejuvenate and contribute to a wonderful cause for many generations to come.
Commences March 29th doors open at 2pm.

If the listed ticket prices exceed your budget, we offer reserved spots for cash donations; Bookings in advance are preferred, to arrange catering. Alternatively, door sales will be available until 2:15pm.

💕Yoga mat (don’t worry we won’t be doing hardcore yoga - we will only do “yin yoga” this is mainly sitting or lying down. It’s more a few yoga moves/asanas during the meditation to help relax your mind. For example “Savasana Asana”. This is thoughtfully curated for everyone at beginner level. Let Nas know if you have any injuries in advance so we can accommodate for you further, EVERYONE IS WELCOME.)

As we will have a different theme each time, Our opening theme is “unlocking abundance with the stars”. We will have special performance by American style belly dancers, you are welcome to join in the dancing as they will teach some of the moves to those intrested, therefore you may like to bring a wee “jingle” for around your hips.

Otherwise you are welcome to sit and watch. There is no pressure 🫶🏼
